Jami joined ServiceNow in January. In her previous organization, she advocated for and led the full adoption of their enterprise CMDB with 99.98% accuracy. This included the introduction of CSDM and migration from product-based to service-oriented architecture. Jami is based out of Georgia and in her free time enjoys the lake and hiking with her family. She also dedicates time to taekwondo and service work. She was an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves and works with local veterans in and around Georgia.
