Michael has 20 years of experience in IT. Before joining ServiceNow in July of 2021, Michael specialized in IT Automation, Operations Management and Service Management. As a customer Michael was responsible for deploying a working CMDB, utilizing the CSDM, and used it to drive value through process optimization from the Portfolio Management space down through the ITSM and Operations space.
