Along with leading a core team to drive product innovation and patents, she is passionate about helping customers obtain the full value of the product. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Niki was a management consultant at a global consulting firm where she advised Fortune 100 companies in the tech, banking, and energy sectors on strategic initiatives.
