While initially focused on IT management (ITSM), since 2017 a specialized team has been creating solutions for internal lines of business to support more effective and efficient execution. This journey includes development of specialized Scoped Apps with API integration, RPA, and recently FSO. The focus of the team is to extend digital operations and create straight through processing (STP), where possible, with iterative development of solutions in coordination with existing "front-office" platforms.</p>
