In this role, Steve drives the go-to-market strategy and solution enablement for the AIOps/IT Operation Management suite, allowing customers to operate their digital services with the utmost effectiveness and efficiency. Steve has more than 30 years of experience building enterprise software. Before joining ServiceNow in 2017, Steve provided Product Management leadership for cloud management, data center automation and identity management solutions.
