<p>Agent Client Collector (ACC) is a ServiceNow<span style="font-size: 12.0pt;">®</span> agent-based solution for Windows, Linux, and macOS devices that collects data and monitors an organization's infrastructure and applications. This course provides an introduction into understanding the ACC architecture, applications, installation requirements, configuration, and execution. Hands-on labs provide experience in activating baseline policies, editing policy checks for custom alert generation, reviewing alert events and metrics in Service Operations Workspace, and using ACC advanced discovery policy to populate or update your CMDB CI's.</p>
