In this hands on lab, learn the basics in how to administer Now Assist generative AI experiences. Discover how to set up and configure Now Assist skills for specific users, use cases, and workflows. Admins will understand how to enable or disable specific LLMs, and how to understand usage analytics of Now Assist skills. For admins looking to extend Now Assist to build custom skills and connect the ServiceNow® instance to third party LLMs (such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Google, etc), this lab will walk through how to connect and configure these skills within the Now Assist admin console.
