Danielle is primarily focused on improving the overall customer experience by delivering efficient and timely services to our customers by leveraging ServiceNow to drive increased productivity, process improvement and automation of workflows. Danielle began her career as an analyst implementing Epic at Baylor Scott & White and has since worked in a variety of leadership, implementation, and consultative roles with over 10 years of experience in Healthcare IT.
