<p>In this session, Serco NA will share how it brought the value and capabilities of App Engine to its corporate organizations. With the outstanding support of the product success team, Serco stood up a Citizen Development practice to unlock the power of App Engine in 2023. With more than 50 micro-certifications and training for four application developers, this session will cover the four new applications delivered to its finance and HR organizations to transform legacy processes and the resulting network effect it created that has brought 16 more applications into the development pipeline for 2024.</p>
