Bradley Owen is Director of Product Management at ServiceNow, leading research and development to enable organizations to gain visibility and apply best practices from IT to Operational Technology environments. After earning his BS in Systems Engineering at the University of Arizona and MBA at W.P. Carey, he has worked in the technology industry at Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, Cisco and 10 years at ServiceNow. When not talking about ICS, he volunteers with SPARKprogramming.org, a non-profit he founded with his kids to inspire the next generation of programmers.
