Karan has spent the majority of his career in manufacturing prior to joining ServiceNow. Karan provides direction and strategy for digital transformation of Operational Technology environment using the ServiceNow platform, and the ability for improved manufacturing practices using ServiceNow's low-code, no-code solutions.
