She is a technologist with 15+ years of progressive experience as a product manager, solutions architect, software engineer, and domain expertise in AI/ML and cloud and enterprise applications. Bharathi helped lead the design, development, and implementation of several next-gen ServiceNow features in the last 5+ years. She also helped ServiceNow's DT team to enable solutions like Virtual Agent that enhance the employee experience. She is also a strong proponent of Now on Now being customer zero for ServiceNow Platform offerings.
