Hi Everyone,

This is Ajay Kumar. I’m incredibly proud and grateful to share that 2026 marks my second time being recognized as a ServiceNow MVP. This milestone isn’t just a title—it’s a reflection of the amazing community that continues to learn, share, and grow together.

What I Create

My mission is simple: make the Now Platform practical, understandable, and powerful for everyone.

Through my YouTube channel, T*echTrek with AJ (https://www.youtube.com/@TechTrekwithAJ*), I create focused, hands-on content around ServiceNow ITOM, including-

1.Data Foundation (CMDB & CSDM)

2.Discovery

3.Event Management

4.Service Mapping

If you’re looking to learn ITOM from scratch—or strengthen your architecture foundation—you’ll find step-by-step tutorials, real-world implementation insights, and practical pro tips designed to help you build with confidence.

Beyond YouTube, I regularly share updates, feature breakthroughs, and insights on new ServiceNow capabilities through my LinkedIn profile-

How It All Started

My journey of giving back began in 2021.

I started by answering questions in the ServiceNow community—helping professionals solve real-world challenges they were facing in their projects. While official documentation is comprehensive and valuable, I released something important sometimes, you don’t just need to read about a solution.
You need to see it built.
You need to watch someone troubleshoot the unexpected errors.
You need to understand the why behind the configuration.

That realization pushed me to start creating videos—breaking down complex ITOM concepts into digestible, practical learning experiences. What began as simple knowledge sharing soon evolved into a growing platform of learners and contributors.

Community Beyond the Screen

My community journey doesn’t stop online.

I’ve traveled across India, attending and contributing to Developer Meetups—both virtual and in-person—connecting with passionate ServiceNow professionals across regions.

Recently, at the Q1 meetup in Bangalore, I delivered a session on “Why ServiceNow is Required for Enterprise Organizations”.

These meetups are more than events—they are spaces where ideas are exchanged, experiences are shared, and innovation is sparked. Every interaction fuels my motivation to keep creating and contributing.

Why I Keep Sharing

The answer is simple: impact.

When someone tells me that a video helped them fix a production issue, clear a certification, or understand Service Mapping for the first time—that’s the real reward.

Knowledge sharing isn’t just a passion for me.

It’s a responsibility.

It’s how we grow stronger together.

It’s how we build smarter architectures.

It’s how we elevate the entire ecosystem.

Being recognized for the second time as a ServiceNow MVP is truly humbling. But this achievement isn’t mine alone—it belongs to every learner, every meetup attendee, every subscriber, and every community member who asked a question or shared feedback.

And we’re just getting started.

Thanks
