Sandeep has been with ServiceNow since 2020 and leads Analytics for ServiceNow Docs and post-sales experiences. He empowers the team to leverage analytics for an improved content experience across our digital properties. As part of this role, he works with our UX and research teams to help them understand how AI works and its effect on content consumption and experiences. He has over 16 years of experience in managing content experiences in the enterprise software industry. Outside of work, Sandeep is a passionate musician who loves guitars, pedals, tones, and is an avid soccer fan.
