BAE deployed ServiceNow® Strategic Portfolio Management (formerly ITBM) in 2020 to support their digital transformation journey with End-to-End IT Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Agile Lifecycle Management. Their Agile journey started with a comprehensive Agile Transformation with awareness, education, simulation, and enablement. Though Agile 2.0 helped them to kick-off Agile transformation, they quickly transitioned to SAFe in 2022 to manage large and complex projects. BAE is planning to use Strategic Planning, resource scenario modeling and Service KPIs in year 2023.

Learn how Scaled Agile, Agile 2.0, and hybrid provided transformation through delivery of large and complex projects, including end-to-end enterprise M&A ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM) integration. Agile implementation included ServiceNow Agile coaching & Community of Practice supporting 600+ sprints, 50+ Agile teams, and 200 SAFe trainees. 2025 Plans include Solution Trains, Enterprise Agile, and Lean Portfolio Management.
