This long-term alliance between SAP, Accenture and ServiceNow has resulted in the seamless implementation of SAP's Golden Standard processes on ServiceNow, empowering over 40,000 agents working on one of the largest ServiceNow instances globally.
Marcel’s focus remains on continuously driving innovation, recently delivering value at scale by boosting SAP’s ServiceNow platform with GenAI.
