ServiceNow Voice With NowAssist: Deflecting Calls and Saving 20% of Agent’s Time

We’ve expanded our IT virtual agent to the phone with ServiceNow Voice, Now Assist, and the AI Agent Voice Orchestrator. The portal virtual can’t help locked-out staff, users with connectivity issues, or simply those who will always call. The voice agent answers common needs and uses our existing AI tools for statuses, resets, and simple fixes—deflecting more calls. When a person is needed, handoffs are faster. Result: secure experiences and a 20% drop in call time— opening a new frontier for phone self-service.
