Prior to his current role he was the lead product manager in ServiceNow’s ITSM business and is a recognized service management expert. He has 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with an emphasis in the assurance and care domains. Jason is passionate about his role as a customer advocate and ensuring the products we are building enable transformational business outcomes.
