Jan Schubnell joined the Schwarz Group in 2009 and started his ServiceNow Journey 2013 with an ITSM rollout for Kaufland in 7 countries. 2017 he was responsible for a ServiceNow rollout in +30 countries for Lidl, Kaufland, Schwarz Produktion and Schwarz Dienstleistungen. Together with his team they continue this journey to build up an integrated Enterprise Service Platform. In his role as Head of CoE they build up the operational model to establish a product orientated CoE structure.
