Risky Business: The move towards integrated risk management

<p>Effective risk management is critical to an organization's bottom-line. Historically, risk management within organizations has been conducted with a "siloed" approach - i.e. different departments within an organization manage their risks independently- resulting in potential redundancy in risk identification and a failure to see how risks can be interconnected within an organization. This session looks at how Johnson & Johnson and other organizations are using ServiceNow IRM to implement a "top-down" approach to assess and manage their risks- a forward-thinking concept in Risk Management.</p>
