With 10+ years experience on ServiceNow Dale has been with the platform for a long time. He joined ServiceNow in 2011 initially as a Technical Consultant in the UK, but then went on to be one of the first Business Process Consultants. Dale left ServiceNow in 2015 and worked on numerous projects across EMEA as consultant and architect for a couple of different partners, and more recently was a customer at enterprise financial companies. Since 2022 Dale took the position of Product Success Manager for Creator Workflows with a strong focus on Citizen Development and App engine topics.
