Adding to the challenge, Corewell has integrated multiple provider systems through merger and has consolidated legacy processes and systems into their ServiceNow<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">®</span> Platform. Being able to leverage a common, enterprise workflow platform has greatly reduced the complexity of integrating and harmonizing mergered departments and resources. </p>
