<p>Learn how Petrobras Brasileiro SA is transforming enterprise services on ServiceNow® for over 100,000 users, offering more than 6,000 services at dozens of sites. The company used App Engine solutions including Service Creator, Catalog Builder, and Process Automation Designer to develop the CSP (Petrobras Service Catalog). CSP enables over 1,000 citizen developers across the company to create their own services, including forms and service flows. Petrobras Brasileiro SA has already have more than 2,800 catalog items with more than 80,000 tasks/month - reducing request times, rationalized legacy systems, reduced costs, with CSAT at 9.0/10.
