All customers clone. It is an essential part of enabling development, testing, upgrades, and more on the platform. Given it's one of our most used automations, we launched a streamlined new clone experience in November 2023. The Clone Admin Console is now generally available on the ServiceNow store and will be automatically available on all instances on Washington release and higher. In this 30m interactive session, we will walk through the app benefits, provide a demo and have a clone tips and tricks segment on how to optimize your clones, and ensure you have the right data after your clone.
