Caterpillar goes from GRC to IRM; gains efficiency, automation, and insights

<p>KPMG collaborated with Caterpillar to plan a roadmap and a future state design to transition from the customized version of ServiceNow<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="">®</span></span> GRC to ServiceNow IRM. This back to baseline migration helped Caterpillar in standardizing their taxonomy, streamlining business processes for multiple stakeholder groups, automating assessments, and creating operational and leadership insights. They built ATFs for Core IRM processes to reduce time spent in regression testing during monthly releases and upgrades. The migration scaled Caterpillar's IRM program and provided scalability on the <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="">Now Platform®</span></span></span></span>.</p>
