Many developers are unaware of the importance of node logs in troubleshooting server-side issues in ServiceNow. In this session, learn the concept of nodes and demonstrate how to identify and log into a specific node (The TRICK!) to retrieve node logs for server-side transactions. This technique is invaluable for tracking record updates (up to 21 days) and is essential for diagnosing reproducible issues. With my past working experience in ServiceNow Support, I'll share key tricks I've learned to help attendees efficiently resolve server-side problems without relying solely on support.
