Scott Mason is responsible for operations in EY’s Swiss practice (COO) and for growing its alliance with ServiceNow across EMEIA. Prior to joining EY, he was COO of global IT at Novartis and responsible for the digital transformation of its IT operating model and of Novartis Business Services. From 2015 to 2017 he was the company's Chief Technology Officer. Scott is passionate about applying information and technology to create and unlock value, as well as the leadership mindset and behaviors required under exponential change.
