Sara is a Sr. Staff UX Researcher who currently leads user research for Finance and Supply Chain workflows. Before joining ServiceNow, Sara was at Bose Corporation where she focused on surfacing insights to fuel front-end innovations. There, she worked closely alongside business, technical, and design leaders to rapidly understand human needs, identify jobs-to-be-done, and ideate, prototype, and test potential experiences with customers. Prior to Bose, Sara spent 14 years at Whirlpool Corporation in a variety of roles in Global Innovation, Design Research, User Experience, and Quality.
