ExxonMobil's journey began with an Access database and an admin emailing customers annually to check if connections were still needed. This became an a huge challenge that went through endless cycles of break/fix and customization. Next, the company moved to a platform where it could have workflows, approvals, integration and visibility for customers to see their data. Finally, ServiceNow® developers configured order guides, flows, tasks and GRC to revamp our cybersecurity program.</p>
