Revolutionizing ExxonMobil's external connections' cybersecurity assessment process

<p>As business needs, technology and threat landscapes evolve, so must cybersecurity tools and processes to protect assets and data. ExxonMobil's journey began with an Access database and an admin emailing customers annually to check if connections were still needed. This became an a huge challenge that went through endless cycles of break/fix and customization. Next, the company moved to a platform where it could have workflows, approvals, integration and visibility for customers to see their data. Finally, ServiceNow® developers configured order guides, flows, tasks and GRC to revamp our cybersecurity program.</p>
