Seven years ago, PayPal started its ITAM digital transformation journey using ServiceNow®. PayPal has deployed highly automated/custom tools for infrastructure/data center asset management and has been looking to bring similar capabilities to end-user asset management. With minimal effort PayPal rapidly deployed and is now leveraging HAM Pro/mobile agent app OOTB components including stockrooms, asset audits, and receiving. This session will provide an overview of PayPal’s ITAM history, approach to enabling HAM Pro, roadmap, and immediate deployment successes/value provided to the business.
