He has a wealth of knowledge in the Application Integration space, having spent the past few years focused on connectivity for both on-premise and SaaS applications. Michael leads the Product Management team for Integration Hub, which provides process automation between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications. Michael also spends lots of his time with customers and partners. In his spare time, Michael enjoys building demos such as with OpenAI.
