Merv Small - Founder and Managing Director of Agiro, a ServiceNow Premier Partner, drives digital transformation for enterprises, utilising his experience of over 18 years in ITSM and more than 13 years on the ServiceNow platform.
Before establishing Agiro, he held serval roles - admin, consultant & trainer throughout his ServiceNow career. Prior to Agiro, as a Director at Deloitte, he played a pivotal role in the development of their ServiceNow practice within Australia. Merv also contributes to academic circles as a university lecturer, cultivating the next wave of ServiceNow professionals
