Telefonica Brazil: 7 days to 3 min using ServiceNow Order Management

<p>Telefonica faced a complex scenario due to its legacy tools and time spent delivering customer orders. Therefore, they needed a solution to streamline, orchestrate, and improve the time to launch products/services for the B2B customers using <em>building block</em> solutions. The goal was leveraging the time-to-market and time-to-cash. <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="">ServiceNow®</span></span>Order Management solution for Telco enabled Telefonica to create a robust catalog based on TM Forum, which allowed them to orchestrate, deploy, and deliver the order, reducing its time to activate and get ready for the billing process from 7 days to 3 minutes.</p>
