Overcoming challenges migrating asset management to ServiceNow FedRAMP instance

<p>This session will have a short formal introduction leading to an interactive panel discussion with the Tristate team. We will discuss some of the challenges we encountered in migrating Asset Management from Cherwell to a FedRAMP ServiceNow environment. These challenges include FedRAMP’s limitations using Plugins, Integration Hub, Store based apps and support tickets along with obstacles encountered while trying to maintain process design, ongoing migration and overall governance. We will also cover coordination with the CMDB/Data import teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.</p>
