In this role, Karen leads ServiceNow’s global efforts to strengthen the inclusive culture, ensure employees are treated equitably, and create an even deeper sense of belonging.
Before joining ServiceNow in January 2022, Karen spent just over four years at Accenture, as Managing Director and North America Inclusion and Diversity Leader, where she was responsible for further strengthening and accelerating the company’s efforts to foster inclusion and fusing the role of technology and human ingenuity in driving change.
