At the league we added skating! The NHL’s first introduction to ServiceNow SPM was managing the project to implement ITSM. Straight out of the box and into use. No crawling just skating! In the last year, while implementing ITSM and FSM, the company has expanded its use of SPM to idea portal, demand management, strategic planning, and business goals, with the objective of driving all technology delivery. Skating with SPM provides not only the application functionality but visibility and controls to our fast-paced demand.</p>
