As a Staff Process Owner at ServiceNow, Jim is responsible for making developers' lives more development centric. Jim has spent 5+ years at ServiceNow helping build and design tools that help engineers engage with cross-functional teams more effectively. He previously worked in ServiceNow's Intellectual Property Legal department where he helped design ServiceNow's Invention Disclosure Form and Patent Awards applications. After using ServiceNow's third-party library application as an internal customer, Jim now serves as the product owner. He also focuses on improving project management tools.
