Prior role, Jerry was Director of Consumer Services for UnitedHealth Care. His ServiceNow experience started with successful CSM implementation for 7-Eleven and Global Workforce/Infrastructure Manager for Citibank. Jerry holds a BSBA (Management) Columbia Southern University, MBA (International Business) Liberty University, CX Professional Certificate and Advisory Board Member Bauer College of Business (Univ. of Houston).
