Learn how ServiceNow® Impact helped New York City Health + Hospitals establish an executive governance board, which gives them a platform for key players to have their voices heard. With the use of accelerators and advisory sessions, it was able to assess areas of improvement in existing processes and quickly lay the groundwork for new features. After beginning to use Impact, the company rolled out Service Operations Workspace, AI Search, and now have a Virtual Agent pilot in production.
