How AT&T OE&A and Apex Systems drives value faster using Scaled Agile Framework

AT&T Operations, Engineering and Automation (OE&A) is challenged to drive more value with less resources. AT&T partnered with Apex Systems to transform Service Assurance and Service Delivery value streams implementing ServiceNow®’s Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) solution. The session will review the challenges throughout our SAFe journey working with leadership, internal partners, and managing organizational change. AT&T launched 8 ARTs and achieved 42M in cost savings and reduced 750k hours of productivity hours. The journey continues in 2023 to mature our value streams using Strategic Planning.
