As a Training Solution Consultant (TSC) he is responsible for the creation of value-based, long-term, holistic training and adoption plans that allow ServiceNow enterprise customers to achieve their business outcomes.
Prior to being a TSC Fletcher was a Principal Engagement Manager at ServiceNow.
