As the Senior Manager of the Global Security Support Center (GSSC) at ServiceNow, Dave brings more than 20 years of experience to his role. Dave and his team aim to provide external and internal-facing security support on behalf of the Security Organization to improve our customers’ security posture and build customer trust. Dave has been at ServiceNow for the past 9 years, 5 of those being with our Support organization before making the transition to the ServiceNow Security Org (SSO) in 2020 to fulfill his passion for security. Dave holds both CISSP and GSLC certifications.
