Dan joined ServiceNow in 2013, after 20 years as a practitioner in IT Operations and the IT Service Management space. He spent his first 3 years with ServiceNow as a Business Process Consultant. During that time he also implemented Performance Analytics for more than 40 customers. For the past 8 years, Dan has been part of the Platform Foundations product management team, enabling ServiceNow field teams and partnering with ServiceNow customers to maximize value in their Platform Analytics and overall platform investments. He is based in Minnesota.
