Claire Ashdown is currently working as a ServiceNow Software Dev Engineer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has been working with the ServiceNow platform since 2017. She is a Certified System Administrator and a Certified Implementation Specialist for Software Asset Management, Discovery, and IT Service Management. Her undergraduate studies were in Linguistics with a minor in Mandarin Chinese, and she has experience teaching both English and Chinese as a second language.
