Amy successfully led the ESM strategy at SCL Health, bringing shared services together on ServiceNow, with employee service center, virtual agent, and more in 2 years. Merging with Intermountain Health, they consolidated to a greenfield environment last year, bringing both legacy organizations to a higher level of value. Amy thrives on engaging teams to challenge the norm, embrace design thinking, and keep caregiver experience at the center of our work.
