Alexander Herttrich is leading Accenture’s mission to help clients bring the power of Generative AI to the ServiceNow platform, drawing on a decade of expertise as a ServiceNow Program Lead and Platform Architect. Since December 2022, he has been the driving force behind the development of the ACN Prompt Engineering App and the global network of GenAI Value Architects, Prompt Engineers, and GenAI Automation Developers. Alexander also has extensive knowledge across the GenAI ecosystem, leading the GenAI Expert Group and Go-to-Market for the 10.000 Accenture Technology employees in Germany.
