ServiceNow Expert Services advised a customer implementing ServiceNow on-premise that wanted to use the (Agent) mobile app for their many external contractors with unmanaged devices. Some form of security, preferably on the network layer, was necessary, and the OOTB solutions did not fit the exact need. This blog post outlines how we solved this problem!
