A colleague of mine at Engage ESM, Łukasz Krzaczkowski, has created a new Google Chrome extension called SwissNow. It comes with many useful features to make your ServiceNow life easier.

These include:

• Checking the current logged in user

• Checking which update set you are currently using

• Switching to the same record across instances

• Checking which domain you are currently in

• Watching a particular query for changed records
