One of our missions with ServiceNow’s Process Mining solution is to provide end to end visibility into all processes whether they be running on the ServiceNow or not. With each release we take another step on that journey.

For native, ServiceNow offered workflows we provide a library of content packs (via the store) that contain some configurations to surface common inefficiencies and improvement opportunities to help our customers get jump started with the solution.

In addition to the targeted sessions we have a Process Mining Use Case Series that walks through how to use Process Mining to do some common types of process analysis across all workflows.
