Amit Verma MVP 2026: My Community Power

New article articles in ServiceNow Community · Feb 27, 2026 · article

Hi All

I’m Amit Verma - a ServiceNow Architect, Creator, and proud two‑time ServiceNow MVP. My journey in this ServiceNow ecosystem has been shaped by curiosity, community, and a desire to turn complex ideas into simple, empowering knowledge for others. Over nine years, I’ve grown alongside the platform—from automation to AI—and my mission has remained constant: to help people unlock confidence, develop capability, and career growth through learning.

What do I create?

I create content that inspires people to learn, build, and believe in their ServiceNow journey. From deep-dive blogs on the ServiceNow Community , to step-by-step YouTube tutorials, to quick Instagram lessons at @servicenowwithamit , my goal is to make knowledge accessible to anyone, anywhere. On LinkedIn , I share experiences that help professionals grow both technically and personally.

How did I get that started?

It all began in 2017 with a simple intention: to help one person a day. Answering Q&A threads turned into blogging, and blogging turned into full-scale content creation. I never planned to “ teach ”—I just wanted to share what I learned so others wouldn’t struggle the way I once did. What started small has now become a meaningful part of who I am.

Why do I keep sharing?

I keep sharing because the community is powerful. Every message that says, “ Your content helped me get a job or helped to solve a problem** , ” or “ I finally understood this,**” reminds me that knowledge can change lives. As ServiceNow enters the era of Agentic AI, I’m more motivated than ever to guide learners into the future of the platform. Being named a ServiceNow MVP twice is an honor—but the real reward is seeing others rise.
